Nutrition can make a huge difference in many areas of spine health. Good nutrition has been known to impact pain levels,  inflammation, and bone density, among other things. The site is nicely organized and easily searchable, so you could look up “pain” and see roughly a half dozen (or more) videos related to that topic.
